The project “Women Empowerment for Sustainable Income Generation” aims to uplift and empower vulnerable women who are victims of Boko Haram crisis. It is implemented in Partnership with Manos Unidas Spain In Jere and Maiduguri Metropolitan Council (MMC). It targets 100 household with an average 720 participants. This project is providing the participants with opportunities for sustainable income generation through skill development and entrepreneurship. Focused on fostering economic resilience, the initiative includes targeted training programs in small scale business, access to microfinance, and the establishment of a supportive economic community network. By enhancing financial literacy and promoting collaboration, the project envisions creating a lasting impact in the lives of women, enabling them to lead economically independent and empowered lives.
